When You Can Request an Exchange

You can request an exchange if:

  • The product you received is a different size or color than ordered.

  • You have received a different product than what you selected.

  • The item is defective or damaged on arrival.

If you wish to keep a defective product instead of returning it, JW Leather Online may offer a special discount on your next order.

How the Exchange Process Works

  1. Send a Request:
    Email us at exchange@jwleatheronline.com explaining the reason for the exchange.

  2. Approval:
    Our customer support team will review your request and respond within 24 hours.

  3. Return the Product:
    Once approved, return the product to our provided warehouse address using a trackable courier service.

    • Include your order number and tracking ID in your email.

  4. Inspection:
     Our inspection team will verify the returned item.

  5. Exchange Dispatch:
    If approved, we’ll ship your replacement within 15 working days of receiving your parcel.

Exchange Terms & Conditions

Please review the following points carefully before sending your item back:

  • The product must be returned in its original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • Any product that appears used, altered, or damaged by the customer will not qualify for exchange.

  • Exchanges are only accepted for valid reasons (size, color, or wrong product).

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when sending items back.

  • Items must be returned to the same warehouse from which they were originally shipped.

  • Use a trackable courier service and share the tracking details with our support team.

  • Exchanges are not completely free — customers must pay any customs duties or shipping charges associated with the exchange.

  • Custom-made or personalized jackets are not eligible for exchange.

  • If you decide to keep your original product after qualifying for an exchange, JW Leather Online will issue a 30–40% discount coupon for your next purchase.
