Returns & Refund Policy

At JnJ Jackets, your satisfaction is our top priority. If a product does not meet your expectations or has any issue, we offer a comprehensive return and refund policy. Please review the details below to understand our process, including conditions, timelines, and applicable deductions.

1. Return Eligibility

  • You must share clear pictures of the damaged or defective product within 1 day of delivery at return@jnjjackets.com.
     After this period, JnJ Jackets will not be liable for a return or refund.

  • Please review all product specifications and details before placing your order.
    If you wish to make any changes, you must email us within 12 hours of placing your order.
     (Note: If additional features are added, the price will increase accordingly.)

2. Size & Measurement Policy

  • Always review the Size Guide before placing an order.
    If you have concerns, select the closest available size and email us within 12 hours for adjustments.

  • Sizes are based on centimeters (CM).
    Example: If your body measurement is 89–92 cm, your jacket will measure around 98–105 cm for a comfortable fit.
     Slight variations may occur due to manual tailoring.

  • If you prefer an exact custom fit, email us your exact body measurements within 12 hours of placing your order.

  • If you receive the correct product but the size doesn’t fit due to your own selection mistake, refunds or exchanges will not be provided.
    However, as a goodwill gesture, you will receive a special discount coupon for your next purchase.

3. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Within 24 hours: 20% of the total amount will be deducted.

  • After 24 hours: 30% deduction will apply.

  • If the order has been dispatched: 60% deduction will apply.

  • If the order has not been dispatched: 50% deduction will apply.

4. Material & Quality Claims

We use high-quality materials to ensure customer satisfaction.
However, if you wish to verify the material before ordering, email us within 24 hours of placing your order.
We will provide you with detailed material guidelines and images to eliminate any confusion.

Please note: Refunds will not be processed for claims made after receiving the product if it meets the described material and specifications.

5. Refund & Exchange Conditions

  • Refunds are only offered for products that are damaged or defective.

  • Refunds are not applicable for issues related to size selection, color preference, or quality concerns.

  • If you qualify for a refund but choose to exchange the product instead, you will receive a 20% discount coupon as a reward.

  • If you choose neither a refund nor an exchange, you will receive a 30% discount coupon, which can be used anytime on future orders.

6. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • Refunds will be processed only after verifying the issue.
